实行技师聘任制,是劳动人事制度的一项重要改革,对调动工人学习技术的积极性,引导工人特别是青年工人向中、高级技工、技师方向发展,改变企业人才结构不合理的状况,提高工人队伍素质,适应经济建设的需要,都具有十分重要的意义。近两年来,不少冶金企业已先后开展了技师聘任工作,一些企业正在进行这项工作,及时总结技师聘任工作的经验和研究解决存在的问题是很有必要的。
