泥浆护壁钻孔灌注桩作为一种基础结构形式已被广泛应用于公路、铁路、水利、建筑等领域,其施工质量的好坏,直接影响到企业的声誉、国家和人民生命财产的损失。为了确保桩基质量,施工单位必须严格按照国家行业标准《JTJ041-2000公路桥涵施工技术规范》精心组织施工外,试验检测机构也应有一种先进、可靠的检测手段去严把质量关,判定灌注桩的工程质量。超声脉冲法(简称超声波法)就是一种设备简单、检测迅速方便、定性定量准确可靠的无损检测方法,该方法已被列入交通部《公路工程质量检验评定标准》和中华人民共和国行业标准《基桩低应变动力检测规程》。中国工程建设标准化协会又制定了《超声法检测混凝土缺陷技术规程》,这无疑为超声波法的普及和发展奠定了良好的基础。
