在两岸婚姻中,大陆配偶在身份取得、教育学历认证和公职专业技术执照考取、劳动权益及就业保障、离婚权益保障以及子女监护权保障等方面存在问题。为实现两岸婚姻常态发展,应促进大陆配偶的婚姻保障机制化,创新构建两岸民政协作机制和完善两岸司法协作机制,积极推动互设办事处,组织开展多种形式的婚姻交流活动。
Among the cross-Strait marriages, the mainland spouses have problems in obtaining status, obtaining educational qualifications and obtaining licenses for professional and technical public services, securing labor rights and benefits, protecting the rights and interests of divorce, and safeguarding their children’s guardianship. In order to achieve the normal development of cross-Strait marriage, we should promote the institutionalization of spousal marriage protection in mainland China, innovate the mechanism of cross-Strait civil cooperation and perfect the cross-Strait judicial coordination mechanism, and actively promote the mutual establishment of offices and organize various forms of marriage exchange activities.
