反思以往我们的教师培训,基本是请专家来讲讲课,不管讲什么,完成任务即可,较为盲目,缺乏实效性。为了充分发挥培训的针对性与实效性,我们通过调研,抓住教师的需求点,统筹规划,组织了专题培训。近两年,在学年初,我们都会借学前教育专项督导和教学视导的时机,与所到园的园长、老师进行座谈,了解园长、教师的学习需求,而后筛选出较为普遍的需求。他们普遍的问
Reflect on the past, our teacher training, the basic is to ask experts to lecture, no matter what to say, to complete the task, the more blind, the lack of effectiveness. In order to give full play to the pertinence and effectiveness of training, we conducted a survey and grasped the demand points of teachers to make overall planning and organized special training. In the recent two years, at the beginning of the school year, we all held discussions with the school superintendents and teachers about the special supervision and teaching guidance of pre-school education so as to understand the learning needs of head teachers and teachers and then screen out more general needs.
