由α-氰基丙烯酸正丁酯和苯酚所组成的输精管粘堵剂是一种新的男性绝育药。该药不溶于水,经气相、红外和核磁等发现DMSO或DMF和粘堵剂混合时,发生化学反应而致粘堵剂结构的改变。乙酸乙酯有明显的杀菌作用,故Ames试验中常用溶剂并不适合作粘堵剂的溶剂。实验发现玉米油易于溶解粘堵剂,且不发生化学反应,可作该药溶剂。在±S9mix条件下,6种阳性剂对TA_(97)、TA_(98)、TA_(100)和TA_(102)均诱发阳性突变,并有剂量—效应关系,但粘堵剂未发现阳性突变反应。
The vas deferens blocking agent consisting of n-butyl α-cyanoacrylate and phenol is a new male sterilizing agent. The drug is insoluble in water, gas phase, infrared and nuclear magnetic DMSO, or DMF and viscous blocking agent found in the mixture, the chemical reaction caused by blocking agent structure changes. Ethyl acetate has obvious bactericidal effect, so Ames test commonly used solvents are not suitable as a viscous blocking agent solvent. The experiment found corn oil is easy to dissolve blocking agent, and no chemical reaction can be used as the drug solvent. Under the conditions of ± S9mix, all the six positive agents induced positive mutation on TA 97, TA 98, TA 100 and TA 102, and there was dose-effect relationship, but no positive mutation was found in the sticking agent reaction.
