〔病例一〕張××男、23岁、江西奉新人,干部,住院病誌469号。入院情况:患者两耳无聞,四肢震顫,搖幌不定,兼有胃痛,表情苦悶,因为疾病纏扰,自己感青春无望,常悲观失望,面容憔悴。主訴:1952年在朝鲜抗美援朝战役中,被炮彈震聾两耳,当时在朝鲜人民軍医院休治好轉,53年继患胃病。經轉苏联紅十字医院治疗,胃病亦有好轉,回到祖国后,胃病受凉复发,嘔吐酸水,常感胸口痮悶不适。1957年12月30日,因上屋救火,从屋頂上跌下,当时人事不醒,經乐安县卫生院及时搶救才甦醒过来。自此两耳暴聾,什么都听不見;同时发生四肢
