血管瘤是人体最常见的先天性畸形,目前普通认为并非真性肿瘤。有人认为血管瘤是中胚层成血管组织残余形成的先天性错构瘤,在其发展期,由实心的增殖内皮细胞团发生管道化而形成新的血管。有人则认为血管组织在胚胎发生和发育过程中染色体发生畸变是血管瘤形成的原因。
Hemangiomas are the most common congenital malformations in the body and are not considered to be true tumors at present. Some people think that hemangiomas are the congenital hamartomas that form remnants of mesoderm into vascular tissue. During their development, the solid proliferating endothelial cell mass becomes ductified and forms new blood vessels. Some people think that vascular tissue during embryogenesis and development of chromosomal aberrations is the reason for the formation of hemangiomas.
