我国社会主义市场经济体制虽然已经确立下来了,但是仍有很多方面没有完善,这就会使市场运行出现一些不合理的现象。例如近年来,我国房地产、汽车等行业中的一些企业盲目投资,导致局部经济过热。在这些行业中,有的企业虽然预计到它投资在建项目的未来运营状况不容乐观,仍会继续投资于该项目,这种现象的存在给社会带来非常大的危害,造成了资源的浪费,有时甚至会影响国民经济的健康发展。只有在政府和企业共同努力下,培养健康、高效的市场环境,才能防范这种现象的出现。
