进行园林技术专业人才培养,提高其创新能力,不但符合产业升级和我国经济结构改革的需要,还能够帮助学生提高其职业竞争力,更好的就业。笔者主要分析了园林技术专业人才培养的思路和学生的爱好,提出了园林技术专业人才培养的策略,希望能够培养出更多的高素质园林技术专业人才,满足社会发展的实际需要。
Carrying out the training of garden technicians and improving their innovative abilities not only meets the needs of industrial upgrading and the reform of China’s economic structure, but also helps students to improve their professional competitiveness and better employment. The author mainly analyzes the train of thought and the hobby of garden technology professionals and puts forward the strategy of cultivating garden technology professionals in the hope of cultivating more high-quality garden technicians and meeting the actual needs of social development.
