成人牙颌畸形临床多见,它不仅妨碍口腔的功能及美观,而且对牙体、牙周组织的健康也有影响。以往多使用可摘性矫治器,多带环矫治器及Begg矫正器等方法矫治。我科近两年来对42名成人牙颌畸形患者采用钛镍丝固定矫正器治疗,取得了满意效果。 1、临床资料:本组共42例,其中前牙开(牙合)4例、前牙反(牙合)5例、上颌前突12例(伴牙列拥挤4例)、牙列拥挤21例。年龄18岁至35岁,平均年龄21岁,其中男性13例、女性29例。疗程最短4个月,最长14个月。 2、矫治方法:①前牙反(牙合):上颌在反(牙合)牙上粘结
