鱼肝油酸钠系鱼肝油的脂肪酸钠盐,它作为血管硬化剂已广泛应用于临床。近年来,5％鱼肝油酸钠用于妇科、内科、耳鼻喉科止血已见报道,用于口腔科止血,尚未见文献报告。笔者将5％鱼肝油酸钠用于口腔科局部止血,经观察效果满意,兹报告如下。临床资料:共135例,其中男性88例,女性47例,年龄12岁以下12例,13～45岁65例,45岁以上58例。拔牙后立即用5％鱼肝油酸钠止血100例,拔牙后出血止血6例,门诊各类手术止血29例。方法:5％鱼肝油酸钠(上海第七制药厂生产)
