近年的研究证明,骨和结缔组织系统个别疾病的发病机制中,脂质过氧化过程增强起很大作用。作者分析先天性唇裂腭裂患儿及其父母的脂质过氧化指标和阻氧化防御系统的状况,检查22例患者,男11人,女11人,年龄3~16岁。患儿的父亲19人,母亲8人,年龄23~40岁,身体健康。对照组为9例20~32岁健康男性。早晨空腹取静脉血,测定血清脂质自由基氧化中间产物-二烯轭合物含量(分光光度测定法,波长233nm),
In recent years, studies have shown that bone and connective tissue systems in the pathogenesis of individual diseases, lipid peroxidation process plays a significant role. The authors analyzed the status of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant defenses in children with congenital cleft lip and palate and their parents. Twenty-two patients, 11 males and 11 females, aged 3 to 16 years were examined. 19 children with their father, 8 mothers, aged 23 to 40 years old, good health.
