文章介绍了生态交通的内涵,提出发展生态交通应坚持可持续发展、因地制宜、统一性与系统优化、生态学和依靠科技的原则,并着重针对山区交通建设存在的主要问题,提出发展生态交通应加强政策引导、构建综合交通运输体系、科学规划设计、以桥代路和隧道优先、保护重点区域、严格执行环境影响评价制度、推广应用先进技术等多项措施。在结论中指出,山区发展生态交通是落实科学发展观、实现交通可持续发展的重要举措。
This paper introduces the connotation of ecological transportation, puts forward the principle of sustainable development, adapting to local conditions, unity and system optimization, ecology and relying on science and technology, and puts forward the main problems existing in traffic construction in mountainous area. We will step up policy guidance, construct an integrated transportation system, plan and design scientifically, give priority to bridges and tunnels, protect key areas, strictly enforce the environmental impact assessment system, and promote the application of advanced technologies. In conclusion, it is pointed out that the development of ecological traffic in mountainous areas is an important measure to implement the scientific concept of development and achieve sustainable traffic development.
