运用市价法、林地期望价法、重置成本法对李子园林场林地资产和林木资产进行了评估。结果表明：李子园林场国有林资产总值为４．７７亿元，其中林地资产０．３５亿元，林木资产４．４２亿元。
By using the market price method, the forestry land expectation price method and the replacement cost method, the forestland assets and forest assets of plum garden were evaluated. The results showed that the total value of state-owned forest assets in Plum Garden was 477 million yuan, of which forest land assets were 35 million yuan and forest assets were 442 million yuan.
