本文作者通过对传统锅庄融入西藏高校健美操教学现状研究,应用文献资料、问卷调查、比较分析和数理统计等方法进行深入分析,得出在西藏高校健美操教学过程中,应根据西藏的特殊情况,锅庄和健美操互补特性,把锅庄融入到健美操教学中来,让学生在学习和锻炼后:锻炼强度更加的适宜,同学之间,民族之间学生的关系更加的融洽,学生民族自豪感得到增强,学生更加的自信,同时增强的课的趣味性、灵活性和多样性;锅庄得到更好的推广,西藏民族传统文化得到更好的传承。
