目的观察ATP生物荧光技术对医务人员手卫生质量监测效果,探讨其在卫生质量监测中的应用价值。方法采用生物荧光检测仪,对医务人员手上污染菌数进行检测,同时与细菌定量检测方法作平行比较。结果在含菌量为102~106cfu/ml范围内,随着细菌数的增加,ATP含量也随之升高。菌数对数值与ATP含量对数值成线性关系(r=0.998,P<0.01)。细菌定量检测方法测得医务人员手卫生质量合格率为52%;用ATP生物荧光检测法测定医务人员手卫生质量合格率为64%,二者差异无统计学意义(P=0.777)。结论细菌污染量在一定范围内,活菌数对数值与ATP含量对数值成线性关系,ATP生物荧光检测法可用于医务人员手卫生质量监测。
Objective To observe the effect of ATP bioluminescence on the hand hygiene quality of medical staff and to explore its application value in health quality monitoring. Methods The biofluorescence detector was used to detect the number of contaminated bacteria in the hands of medical staff and compared with the bacterial quantitative detection method. Results in the range of 102 ~ 106cfu / ml bacteria, with the increase of bacteria, ATP content also increased. The logarithm of the number of bacteria and ATP content of a linear relationship (r = 0.998, P <0.01). The qualified rate of hand hygiene by medical staff was 52% by bacterial quantitative detection method. The pass rate of hand hygiene by medical staff was 64% by ATP biofluorescence assay. There was no significant difference between the two methods (P = 0.777). Conclusions The bacterial contamination is in a certain range. The logarithm of viable count is linear with the value of ATP content. ATP bioluminescence detection can be used to monitor the quality of hand hygiene of medical personnel.
