开展群众性质量管理小组活动贵在参与、重在实践、旨在出成果。总结成果过程,也是个提高过程,透过成果资料可以了解自己所做的工作和成绩,优秀成果还可以在有关发表会上或报刊上交流、推广、扩大社会效益。据笔者参加行业质协和地区质协对一些企业申报的质量管理[QC]成果进行的活动评价及成果评审,发现总结成果资料存在一些编写质量问题,略举几例供同仁探讨如休“对症下药”。
