近三年来,我们医院应用骶骨前封闭治疗小儿脱肛48例,效果满意,介绍如下:1 材料 ①消毒手套一副;②10ml注射器一个;③12号注射针头一枚。2 药品 ①2％普鲁卡因2ml;②维生素B_1 50 mg注射用水3ml。3 操作方法 患儿由助手紧抱胸位、术者用红汞酒精消毒肛周皮肤,戴橡皮手套以食指涂以润滑油插入直肠内,针头从肛门与尾骨尖之间插入直肠的食指为引导刺入,使针尖进入骶骨与直肠后壁上间隙内,(注意勿刺入直肠内)然后药液缓慢注入即可。需第2次注射一般须间隔3～4日。
