上游河道整治时 ,其治理宽度常涉及到沿岸土地取得的问题 ,使治理工作有时变得困难 ,最后只好依现况宽度或将宽度窄缩 ,以迁就现实。惟因溪流治理宽度直接影响溪流本身的排洪、导流及输砂等多项功能 ,如不能依照必要的溪流宽度及其相关配套措施予以整治时 ,对国土资源及人民生命财产或有不利之影响 ,故有必要加以探讨。据此 ,本文针对床砂粒径组成及来水来砂量等条件为已知的上游河道 ,在各种可能的治理宽度下 ,通过一定的理论推导及渠槽试验方式 ,建立溪流宽度及其相应的水深、溪床坡度及流速等水力要素间之河相关系式 ,并提出溪流治理宽度、护岸高度及基础深度等工程措施之设计模式 ,提供现场工程设计之参考。
