商品参的新品种“活性参”的加工工艺就是鲜参冷冻贮存。据有关报道,鲜参在低温条件下贮藏会使人参皂甙的含量下降。为此,对同一产地,同一年生,同一冷冻贮存的鲜参按不同贮存时间抽样测定人参皂甙的含量。结果,鲜参冷冻是会使人参皂甙含量下降,但从活性参冷冻贮存的利弊来看,这种工艺还是可行的。
The processing technology of the new product variety “Active Participation” of commodity reference is fresh frozen storage.
