本文报道用紫外分光光度法直接测定药剂中的维生素C.该方法简便、快速、准确,比滴定法灵敏,不受还原性物质及制剂中通常存在的物质的干扰.方法:在波长267nm处空白作对照测定维生素C标准溶液吸光度制备校正曲线.标准溶液(0~20μg/ml)由含0~120μg/ml维生素C适当浓度的溶液1.0ml和5ml Cu(Ⅱ)-EDTA溶液在试管中混合,测定其校正曲线的斜率(S).为测定药品中维生素C,将片剂或胶囊内容物用50ml蒸馏水溶解,搅拌2~3min.混合物用蒸馏水配成100ml,过滤,先弃去几毫升滤液,再收集滤液.根据维生素C的含量和样品颜色的情况,可用蒸馏水加以稀释.对于液体样品,测量样品的体积并用蒸馏水稀释至100ml.若油质样品,测定前用蒸馏水抽提,然后再稀释至100ml.
