目的:应用空气喷磨处理新鲜离体牙的牙釉质和牙本质表面,观察所引起的形态改变。方法:用不同的气压和颗粒直径喷磨牙齿表面,然后进行树脂粘结,扫描电镜观察牙釉质和牙本质的喷磨面及树脂粘结面的形态特征。结果:牙釉质和牙本质表面均形成密集不规则的凹凸结构,树脂渗入这些结构形成许多树脂突。在所使用的参数中,以50μm颗粒直径、120~160psi气压(牙釉质)、100~120psi气压(牙本质)最为合适。结论:本实验提示空气喷磨能有效蚀刻牙体表面,可以替代酸蚀用于牙面的处理。
OBJECTIVE: To treat the surface of enamel and dentin of freshly isolated teeth by air blasting and observe the morphological changes. Methods: The surface of the tooth was sprayed with different air pressure and particle diameter. Then the resin was bonded and the morphology of enamel and dentine surface and the bonding surface of the resin were observed by scanning electron microscope. Results: The enamel and dentin surface are dense irregular irregular structure, the resin infiltration of these structures to form many resin bumps. Of the parameters used, a particle size of 50 μm, a pressure of 120 to 160 psi (enamel), and an air pressure of 100 to 120 psi (dentin) are most suitable. Conclusion: This experiment shows that air jet can effectively etch the tooth surface, which can replace the acid etching for tooth surface treatment.
