目的探究在阴式子宫切除术中应用护理干预对患者生活质量的作用。方法将我院在2013年9月至2015年1月期间收治的阴式子宫切除术患者80例根据护理方式不同分为干预组和对照组,每40例为1组,对照组的护理方法为常规护理,干预组的护理方法为在对照组基础上给予全面护理干预,将两组患者的生活质量等护理效果进行对比。结果干预组患者的生活质量各项评分均明显优于对照组,且干预组患者的护理满意度也较对照组高,对比均以P<0.05表示存在统计学意义。结论在阴式子宫切除术中给予护理干预可有效地提升患者的生活质量,在临床上值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients in vaginal hysterectomy. Methods 80 cases of vaginal hysterectomy admitted from September 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital were divided into intervention group and control group according to the different nursing methods. Each 40 cases were divided into one group. The nursing method of control group was Conventional nursing, intervention group nursing method is based on the control group to give a comprehensive nursing intervention, the quality of life of the two groups of patients and other nursing care were compared. Results The scores of quality of life in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was also higher than that in the control group, P <0.05 was statistically significant. Conclusion Nursing intervention in vaginal hysterectomy can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
