十一年前,由上海等地职工群众首倡的振兴中 华读书活动得到了党中央的充分肯定,很快形成了有着巨大社会影响的全国性职工读书活动。这所“没有围墙的大学”培养和造就了一大批人才,在四化建设中建立了不朽的功绩。随着改革的深入和社会主义市场经济体制的建立,职工读书活动也面临着一个从内容到形式都应与市场经济体制相适应的问题。本文拟从分析新旧体制转换时期职工求知求学行为的特征变化入手,探讨有效引导读书自学活动的若干方法。
Eleven years ago, the revitalization of China’s reading activities initiated by the workers and staff members in Shanghai and other places won the full recognition of the Party Central Committee and quickly formed a nationwide employee reading activity with a huge social impact. This “university without a wall” has cultivated and created a large number of talents and established an immortal merit in the four modernizations. With the deepening of reform and the establishment of a socialist market economic system, staff reading activities are also faced with a problem that should be adapted to the market economic structure from content to form. This article intends to start with the analysis of the changes in the behavior of seeking knowledge and learning behavior in the transitional period between the old and the new, and discusses some ways to effectively guide self-study activities.
