少年儿童肺结核的流行特点与影响其流行的各种因素,在国外文献上曾有许多类似的报道。本文分析了北京市一个城区12,168名六年级小学生的肺结核流行情况以及与结核病接触史及卡介苗接种的影响。对象:北京市一个城区92个小学校的(占该区全部小学的90％)六年级学生12,168名(占全区六年级学生的91％)。
The prevalence of tuberculosis in children and the prevalence of various factors affecting the foreign literature there have been many similar reports. This article analyzes the prevalence of tuberculosis among 12,168 sixth graders in a city in Beijing, as well as the impact of history of exposure to TB and BCG vaccination. PARTICIPANTS: 12,168 sixth-graders (91% of sixth graders in the region) of 92 primary schools in a metropolitan area of Beijing (90% of all primary schools in the district).
