1.通过动物实验,证明可用不同方法从藜庐生药中提出有效成份,对感染血吸虫病的病兔和小白鼠的长程治疗均有显著的疗效,仍也存在相应的毒性,在程度上疗效与毒性往往并行,加之,从色层分析所得到的资料,初步认为藜庐的有效成份与毒性成份限可能是同一物质。2.“藜庐”的毒性可因加热而减退,但疗效也同时相应降低,藜庐与黄柏合用可减少小白鼠因急性中毒所引起的死亡数。在长程治疗中并不因藜庐提出物与黄柏合川而降低其毒性反应,但与中药合并运用仍然不失为寻找有效减毒制剂的途径之一。藜庐的药性下很稳定可能与温度因素的影响有关,也应作进一步观察,以利“藜庐”的实际应用。3.对“藜庐”研究所出现的一系列现象进行了分析和讨论,并对今后研究方向提出了初步意见,应如何从现有基础上进一步提纯,寻找出高效低毒的纯品,或通过配伍应刚等方浊扩大“藜庐”的安全范围;寻找最有效最安全的治疗方案,并进而提出藜庐制剂的生产方案;是今后藜庐研究工作中必须解决的问题。藜庐有效成份的药理学研究也可同时进行。

The stability of wolfberry medicine may be related to the influence of temperature factors, and further observations should be made to facilitate the practical application of 藜庐. 3. Analyzed and discussed a series of phenomena that appeared in the Institute and provided preliminary opinions on future research directions. How to further refine the existing research foundation and find out pure and highly effective products with low toxicity, or Through the compatibility should be just waiting for Fangzhuo to expand the safety range of “藜庐”; to find the most effective and safe treatment program, and then put forward the production plan of wolfberry preparations; the future must be resolved in the research work. The pharmacological studies of the effective components can also be carried out simultaneously.
