林荫银莲花Anemone flaccida Fr·Schmidt的根茎民间用于治疗风湿痛、跌打损伤等。实验证明,林荫银莲花有明显的抗炎和镇痛作用。实验所用林荫银莲花煎剂是将根茎切成碎块,水煎两次,每次煮沸1小时,合并滤液浓缩成1g生药为1ml。 1.林荫银莲花煎剂(以下简称煎剂8g/kg和5g/kg腹腔注射)分别对鲜蛋清及甲醛引起大鼠足(足庶)肿胀均有明显的抑制作用。与对照组比较,前者抑制率:给药后30分钟66.3%(P<0.02),2小时96.5%(P<0.02)5小时49.3%(P<0.05);后者抑制率:给药后1小时84.5%(P<0.05),3小时86.5%(P<0.01),6小时57.1%(P<0.05),24小时52.7%(P<0.05),48小时44.7%(P<0.05)。表明煎剂腹腔给药对早期炎症有明显抑制作用,起效快而持久。一般给药30分钟后即显示作用,3小时后作用最为显著,给药48小时后抗炎作用仍不消失。
Anemone flaccida Fr Schmidt’s rhizomes are used to treat rheumatism, bruises, etc. Experiments have shown that Anemones have obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. The green anemones decoction used in the experiment was cut into pieces in a rhizome, decocted twice, boiled for 1 hour each time, and the filtrate was concentrated to 1 ml of crude drug as 1 ml. 1. Yin Yin Yin Decoction (hereinafter referred to as decoction 8g/kg and 5g/kg intraperitoneal injection) respectively significantly inhibited the swelling of rat foot (plantar pedis) caused by fresh egg white and formaldehyde. Compared with the control group, the former had an inhibition rate of 66.3% at 30 minutes after administration (P<0.02), and 96.5% at 2 hours (P<0.02) and 49.3% at 5 hours (P<0.05); the latter had an inhibition rate of 1 after administration. Hours 84.5% (P <0.05), 3 hours 86.5% (P <0.01), 6 hours 57.1% (P <0.05), 24 hours 52.7% (P <0.05), 48 hours 44.7% (P <0.05). It showed that the intraperitoneal administration of decoction had obvious inhibitory effect on early inflammation, and the effect was fast and long lasting. The effect was shown after 30 minutes of administration, and the effect was most pronounced after 3 hours, and the anti-inflammatory effect did not disappear after 48 hours of administration.
