天麻是目前紧缺的中药,也是目前伪品较多的中药。伪品的效用与正品天麻截然不同。本文通过性状、粉末、理化及薄层层析法,对天麻及其常见的七种伪品做了检验,并对天麻的鉴别进行了初步探讨。认为除性状、粉末镜检及显色反应区别外,应以是否含有天麻甙作为鉴别真伪天麻的主要依据。
Gastrodia is currently a shortage of traditional Chinese medicine, and it is also a traditional Chinese medicine with many fakes. The effect of counterfeit goods is quite different from that of genuine gastrodia. In this paper, the traits, powder, physicochemical and thin layer chromatography were used to test the gastrodia elata and its seven common counterfeit products, and the identification of gastrodia elata was preliminary discussed. It is considered that in addition to the differences in traits, powder microscopic examination and color reaction, whether or not there is a gastrodia elata as the main basis for the identification of authenticity of Gastrodia elata.
