目的评价曲美他嗪对于糖尿病伴冠心病患者的治疗效果。方法选取于2011年6月至2012年3月在我院进行治疗的80例糖尿病伴冠心病患者,随机分为两组,其均给予常规治疗后,对照组给予谷维素治疗,观察组应用曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组患者的血糖、心绞痛等情况。结果观察组临床治疗效果明显好于对照组,且观察组患者心绞痛和血糖浓度均得到有效控制,服药期间无明显不良反应。结论采用曲美他嗪治疗糖尿病伴冠心病患者效果显著,可以改善患者的心肌功能,降低血糖含量,从而提高了患者的生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of trimetazidine on diabetic patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Eighty patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from June 2011 to March 2012 were randomly divided into two groups. All of them were given conventional therapy and the control group was treated with oryzanol. The observation group was treated with trimetazidine His azine treatment. Compare the two groups of patients with blood glucose, angina pectoris and so on. Results The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the angina pectoris and blood glucose concentration in the observation group were effectively controlled. There was no obvious adverse reaction during the treatment. Conclusion Trimetazidine treatment of patients with diabetes with coronary heart disease significant effect, can improve myocardial function in patients with lower blood sugar levels, thereby improving the quality of life of patients.
