新的英语教学大纲明确指出:英语教学的目的是培养学生在口头上和书面上初步运用英语进行交际的能力。因此,在教学中语言能力是交际能力的基础,语音、语法、词汇的教学和听、说、读、写的训练,则是培养英语交际能力的前提。如何在3a教学中体现英语素质的训练,提高英语的应用交际能力,笔者在教学的过程中一直坚持结合评价机制,重视四会,练好技能,使学生受到听、说、读、写的全面训练,并获得英语基础和初步运用英语的能力。
