《煤矿安全规程》第361条规定:“倾斜井巷运输用钢丝绳连接装置,在每次换钢丝绳时,必须用两倍于其最大静荷重的拉力进行试验”。我矿采用五环链钩头作钢丝绳连接装置,以前在作两倍于其最大静荷重的拉力试验时,采用合金浇注法作夹具,试验前必须把钢丝绳、钩头、夹持套的联接处作去污、除油处理,而后浇注低熔点合金,拉力试验后重新熔掉合金,其连接如图1。这种浇注合金法既费工、费钱、又麻烦、污染。如不采用夹持套,由于钢丝硬度高和绳芯变形,拉力试验机的夹紧机构又夹不住钢丝绳。
