本文综合报道了南京农业大学棉花遗传育种室等单位开展棉花雄性不育种质的收集、整理、研究、利用的结果。它包括雄性不育种质的收集和雄性不育系的遗传学、细胞学、生理生化等多学科的研究及雄性不育种质在杂种棉选育中的应用三部分。研究结果可以为我国棉花雄性不育系的杂种优势利用提供理论指导。
This paper comprehensively reports the results of the collection, collation, research and utilization of cotton male sterility germplasm by units such as cotton genetic breeding room of Nanjing Agricultural University. It includes the collection of male sterile germplasm and the multidisciplinary research of genetics, cytology, physiology and biochemistry in male sterile lines and the application of male sterile germplasms in hybrid cotton breeding. The results can provide theoretical guidance for the heterosis utilization of cotton male sterile lines in China.
