建立了同时测定水中丙烯酰胺、苯胺、联苯胺、己内酰胺的高效液相-色谱串联质谱方法。水样经0.22μm的滤膜过滤,通过ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3(2.1×150 mm,1.8μm)色谱柱分离,以乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱。采用电喷雾电离(ESI),正离子多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,外标法定量。4种胺类物质在0.1~10μg/L范围内线性良好,检出限在0.003~0.045μg/L范围内。方法回收率在86.2%~112%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD))在0.80%~10%之间。
A method for the simultaneous determination of acrylamide, aniline, benzidine and caprolactam in water was established by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The water sample was filtered through a 0.22 μm filter and separated on an ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3 (2.1 × 150 mm, 1.8 μm) column using a gradient elution with acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid in water. Electrospray ionization (ESI), positive ion multi-reaction monitoring (MRM) mode detection, external standard quantitative. The linearity of the four amines in the range of 0.1 ~ 10μg / L was good, and the detection limit was in the range of 0.003 ~ 0.045μg / L. The recoveries were between 86.2% and 112% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) between 0.80% and 10%.
