目的:查明中毒原因,总结调查处理经验,为制定食物中毒预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法:按国家《食品安全事故流行病学调查技术指南》开展现场调查,对调查结果用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果:同餐13人全部发病,罹患率100%。中毒患者均有不同程度的恶心、呕吐、腹泻,口唇及喉咙发麻、发凉,四肢酸软、无力等症状,有1人出现腹疼,占7.69%,2人症状较重,出现视物模糊、瞳孔散大,占15.38%。给予催吐、洗胃、对症治疗措施后,中毒患者的临床症状逐步缓解,两天后痊愈出院。结论:本次中毒事件为一起误食野生有毒植物——藜芦引起的植物性食物中毒。应加大流动人群聚集较多的大型工地食品安全知识宣传,使外来务工人员正确识别有毒植物,对不熟悉的野菜不要采食,以防食物中毒事的发生。同时,要利用多种媒体向社会公布重大食物中毒事件,并以深入浅出、简单易懂的文字、图片等形式告知公众食物中毒的主要原因及预防措施,防止类似事件的发生。
