目的:观察盐酸依托必利临床常用剂量增强胃、十二指肠收缩力,加速胃排空的作用。方法:采用左旋精氨酸所致大鼠胃动力障碍动物模型,观察盐酸依托必利临床常用剂量对模型大鼠胃排空的影响。结果:盐酸依托必利临床常用剂量能明显加速左旋精氨酸所致胃动力障碍模型大鼠胃排空。结论:盐酸依托必利临床常用剂量有增强左旋精氨酸所致胃动力障碍模型大鼠胃、十二指肠收缩力,加速其胃排空的作用。
Objective: To observe the clinical dose of etopride hydrochloride commonly used to enhance gastric and duodenal contractility and accelerate gastric emptying. Methods: Animal models of gastric motility disorders induced by L-arginine were used in this study. The effects of etopride hydrochloride on gastric emptying were observed. Results: The commonly used dose of etopride hydrochloride can significantly accelerate gastric emptying induced by L-arginine in rats with gastric motility disorders. Conclusion: It is suggested that the clinical dosage of etopride hydrochloride may enhance gastric and duodenal contractility and accelerate gastric emptying in rats with gastric motility caused by L-arginine.
