例1 刘××男30岁病案号803061989年7月12日右眼崩伤,伤后眼疼痛,出血,急诊入院。视力右眼手动/20cm,左眼1.2。右眼角巩膜绿9点位有一三角形裂伤,伤口内有虹膜嵌顿。前房内有新鲜积血。瞳孔呈梨子状,中度散大。内眼不能窥视。入院后急诊手术行角巩缘裂伤清创缝合术。术后用止血药、激素及抗炎治疗。住院16天后,眼睑水肿消失,前房积血吸收,但仍有轻度炎症。患者要求出院。出院后第18天,头痛,眼痛。右眼无光
