我市自1992年秋季始狠抓了小学教师教学基本功训练工作。一年多来,在报名参加考核的1212人中,经考核有1030人达标,达标率为85.0％。在达标的人员中,有85.5％的人员能直呼400个音节,能熟练应用于教学的占60.4％;有95.7％的人能唱歌、识谱、演奏乐器,其中有30.8％的教师能胜任音乐教学或指导学生开展歌咏活动,有72.5％的教师能画简笔画,并能随时在课堂教学中应用。令人欣慰的是,目前我市农村小学能正常开设活动课程的,比1992年初提高了20.5％。教师素质的提高,为全面实施素质教育,提高学生的整体素质,提供了必要的条件。 Since the beginning of autumn of 1992, our city has paid close attention to the training of primary school teachers' teaching basic skills.
