The success of the high school model in the United States is a successful example of its comprehensive school reform model. It is a school improvement program that serves school leaders and teachers in high schools and promotes students’ academic performance. Effective High School has achieved socially recognized achievements with its effective organizational management, high standards of expectations, a universal curriculum system, effective teaching methods and effective programs linking high school with the university. The successful experience of high school has an important guiding significance for our country to improve the teaching quality of high school education and promote the diversified development of ordinary senior high schools.
