为了提高教学质量和适应外科手术日益发展的需要,应该要求医学生更好地掌握前臂肌的解剖学基本知识。前臂肌共二十块,数量多,起止、功能、层次和排列都较复杂。如果让同学孤立地、一块一块地去学,必然会感到繁琐,不易记住,难以掌握基本内容,甚至望而生畏。因此,在教学中,前臂肌成了肌学这一章里的难点。本文根据多年的教学实践,仅就怎样发挥教师的指导作用,上好这一课,谈谈自己的初浅体会。
