对藏北当雄平均海拔4200m以上的高寒草甸优势种高山嵩草种质资源进行了群落组成、生长发育特性、繁殖特性、种子发芽率、牧草品质等方面的试验研究。结果表明:高山嵩草植株矮小,平均株高2.5cm;生长缓慢,5月中上旬返青,10月初枯黄;营养价值较高,粗蛋白含量超过野生豆科草类的花苜蓿,属于优等牧草,但产量较低,适合夏秋季家畜放牧、抓膘利用。高山嵩草种子在当年采收存放3个月后,发芽率为0,用5%浓度的NaOH溶液处理后,发芽率可达到14%。
The population composition, growth and development characteristics, reproductive characteristics, seed germination rate, pasture quality and other aspects of alpine meadow germplasm resources of the dominant alpine meadow species above average of 4200 m in northern Tibet were studied. The results showed that: the alpine Kobresia plants were short and had an average plant height of 2.5 cm; their growth was slow, they turned green in mid-early May and turned yellow in early October; the alfalfa with higher nutritional value and crude protein content than the wild leguminous plants belonged to the excellent grass, But the yield is lower, suitable for summer and autumn livestock grazing, grasping use. Alpine Kobresia seeds in the year after harvest storage for 3 months, the germination rate is 0, with 5% concentration of NaOH solution, the germination rate can reach 14%.
