以‘白花’凤凰水蜜桃为供试材料,研究了常温0.3,0.6,0.9 g·L-1赤霉素溶液喷洒处理对水蜜桃采后的生理指标及保鲜效果的影响。结果表明,赤霉素喷洒处理后各项指标均优于对照组,其中在好果率、呼吸速率、相对电导率、可溶性固形物含量、硬度等指标上呈现显著差异正效应,在失重率、丙二醛含量和多酚氧化酶等指标上呈现一般正效应,3个处理组中以0.6 g·L-1效果最佳。
The effects of spraying 0.3, 0.6 and 0.9 g · L-1 gibberellic acid solution at normal temperature on the physiological indexes and fresh-keeping effects of postharvest peach peach were studied by taking “white flower” Phoenix peach as test material. The results showed that all the indexes of gibberellin spray treatment were better than the control group, and there were significant positive effects on the rate of good fruit, respiration rate, relative conductivity, soluble solid content and hardness, Malondialdehyde content and polyphenol oxidase and other indicators showed a general positive effect, the three treatment groups to 0.6 g · L-1 the best.
