近来的研究提示在急性胰腺炎(AP)病理生理过程中可能有钙离子内流的参与。使用 SD 大白鼠胆胰管逆行加压注射牛磺胆酸制成 AP 模型,用荧光指示剂 Fura-2/Am 测定游离胰腺腺泡活细胞内游离钙离子浓度([Ca~(2+)]i)。结果显示 AP 后的2和3小时胰腺呈急性出血坏死性胰腺炎早期改变,AP 组[Ca~(2+)]i 较对照组明显增高(P<0.001)。本实验结果提示 AP 发生发展过程中存在着明显的钙离子内流。
Recent studies suggest that there may be calcium influx in the pathophysiology of acute pancreatitis (AP). The model of AP was established by retrograde injection of taurocholic acid (SD) into the biliary and pancreatic ducts of SD rats. The intracellular free calcium concentration ([Ca ~ (2+)] in the free pancreatic acinus cells was measured with the fluorescent indicator Fura- i). The results showed that pancreas showed acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis at early stage 2 and 3 hours after AP. [Ca ~ (2 +)] i in AP group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.001). The results suggest that there is a significant calcium influx in the development of AP.
