对IT多多少少有些了解的人想必会知道北京的中关村,中关村似乎已经成为中国IT产业乃至整个高新技术产业的代名词,于是乎拿中关村比美国硅谷的有,比日本筑波的有,比苏格兰硅谷的有,比马来西亚多媒体走廊的也有。唱反调的自然更有,但大部分是摇旗呐喊的。不过依笔者看来,中关村不尽如人意的地方可还不少,企业方法、管理理念、自主技术这些关乎IT产业兴衰危亡的问题业内不少“评论家”经常口诛笔伐,笔者也不多说了。在此只想谈一谈普通百姓所能看见的情况,随便闲话几句。
