本文概述了由华南理工大学轻工与食品学院完成的“高值化蔗糖产业支撑体系技术路线图”的部分内容,重点分析其中的技术壁垒和研发需求2大要素,通过对2大要素进行排序分析从而得出相应结论,以使甘蔗糖业人员更多了解高值化蔗糖产业支撑体系技术路线图的内容及其目的意义,进一步推动广东以至全国蔗糖产业高值化工作的发展。
This article summarizes some of the technical roadmap of “high-value sugar industry support system” completed by South China University of Technology Institute of Light Industry and Food, focusing on analysis of the two major technical barriers and R & D requirements, through the two major elements Sort analysis to draw the corresponding conclusions to enable sugar cane sugar industry personnel more understanding of high value-added sugar industry support system technology roadmap content and purpose, and further promote the value of Guangdong and the country’s sugar industry, the development.
