目的了解宁波市鄞州区规范化预防接种门诊消毒设备配备与微生物污染状况,促进院内感染的有效预防和控制。方法对辖区24家儿童预防接种门诊开展消毒设施调查,环境与手卫生微生物监测。结果环境卫生消毒设备的配备率为100%,医务人员手卫生、儿童及家长手卫生的消毒物品配备率依次为87.5%和75.00%。共采样449份,合格率为39.87%。室内空气、物体表面的合格率依次为18.60%和67.03%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。三星级和五星级规范化接种门诊室内空气的合格率依次为34.62%、11.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医务人员手、家长手、儿童手的合格率依次为56.00%、16.00%、6.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论接种门诊的消毒设备配备齐全,但室内环境污染较严重。建议提高接种门诊院内感染的防控意识,落实各项防控措施;将消毒要求纳入《浙江省规范化预防接种门诊评审方案》;加强人员消毒知识的培训,倡导手卫生。
Objective To understand the standardization of outpatient disinfection equipment and microbial contamination in Yinzhou District of Ningbo City and to promote effective prevention and control of nosocomial infections. Methods A total of 24 children vaccination clinics in the area were investigated for disinfection facilities, environment and hand hygiene microbiological monitoring. Results The provision rate of sanitation and disinfection equipment was 100%. The rate of disinfection items of hand hygiene for health workers, hand hygiene for children and parents was 87.5% and 75.00% respectively. A total of 449 samples, with a pass rate of 39.87%. The passing rate of indoor air and object surfaces were 18.60% and 67.03%, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.01). Three-star and five-star standardized vaccination clinics indoor air pass rates were 34.62%, 11.67%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The passing rate of medical staff, parents and children was 56.00%, 16.00% and 6.17%, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion Vaccination clinic equipped disinfection equipment is complete, but the indoor environment is more serious pollution. It is suggested to increase awareness of prevention and control of inoculation inpatient inpatient clinics and to implement various prevention and control measures; to include disinfection requirements in the “Zhejiang Province Standardized Accreditation Program for Vaccination Vaccinations”; to strengthen personnel disinfection knowledge training and promote hand hygiene.
