几年来,我站应用液氮低温冷冻方法治疗慢性宫颈炎296例,效果较佳,痊愈后不留瘢痕。1 操作方法液氮冷冻治疗慢性宫颈炎一般在月经干净后3～7天进行,用阴道窥器暴露宫颈,根据病变大小和宫颈糜烂的程度选择合适的冷冻头接触糜烂面,液氮通过管道进入冷冻头扩大面,形成冰霜,等复温后融解。冷冻时间应按病变情况和冷冻头的性能确定,冷冻后局部涂龙胆紫。术后禁止性生活3个月,3个月后复查。
