2008年8月18日至21日,南水北调中线干线工程建设管理局局长石春先和河北省南水北调工程建设委员会办公室主任袁福率领联合检查组。对河北段工程临时通水验收遗留问题及建议落实情况、运行管理准备情况进行专项检查。检查组沿渠道从北往南逐一检查了河北段各标段工程的形象。重点检查了临时通水参与调度的9座节制闸的启闭情况
From August 18 to August 18, 2008, Shi Chunxian, director of the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project Management Bureau and Yuan Fu, director of the office of the South-North Water Diversion Project Construction Committee of Hebei Province, led the Joint Inspection Unit.
