“国培计划(2011)”宁夏农村中小学教师培训工作于2011年4月正式启动,于2012年1月顺利结束。此次培训,针对我区教师发展的实际需求,设计了置换脱产研修、短期集中培训和远程培训三类6个子项目17个学科,共计10000名中小学教师参加的培训项目。在项目的实施过程中,我们在汲取2010年培训工作经验的基础上,在组织建设、业务管理、承办机构的遴选等方面均进行了改革和创新,保证了培训的顺页利实施,实现了学员参训率和合格率双百(100%)的培训目标,实现了参训教师满意度达到90%以上的目标,圆满完成了各项任务。
“National Training Plan (2011) ” Ningxia rural primary and secondary school teacher training was officially launched in April 2011, in January 2012 the successful conclusion. According to the actual needs of teachers in our district, this training program designed 17 disciplines of 6 sub-projects of three types, namely replacement training, short-term intensive training and distance training. A total of 10,000 primary and secondary school teachers participated in the training programs. During the implementation of the project, based on our experience in training in 2010, we conducted reforms and innovations in organizational building, business management and selection of contractors, ensuring the smooth implementation of the training and realizing the Trainees training rate and pass rate of two hundred (100%) training objectives, to achieve the satisfaction of teachers to achieve the goal of more than 90%, successfully completed various tasks.
