针对目前危机管理中有效危机信息获取难度大的问题,阐述危机信息采集在危机管理中的重要性,对危机信息的内涵与性质加以介绍,确定危机信息采集的主要信息类型。通过企业组织关系图分析,划分危机信息采集源。构建企业危机信息采集流程,并详述危机信息采集的方法与步骤,提供有效获取危机信息的办法,提高企业有效危机信息获取的能力。
In view of the difficulty of acquiring information of effective crisis in crisis management, the importance of collecting information in crisis management in crisis management is introduced.
