20世纪80年代以来,随着改革开放的进行,中国经济迅猛发展,随之带动了人口的大规模迁移。劳动力迁移是人口迁移主要因素,并且迁入的劳动力会让我们的城市规模进一步扩大,提高产业结构,进而拉动社会经济的发展。本文以辽宁省劳动力流动为例,对劳动力流动在辽宁省的具体情况进行分析,解释了辽宁经济发展是如何受劳动力流动影响的。分析结果表明应重视劳动力的流动,实现劳动力合理配置,以期为今后辽宁省的发展提供理论支持。
Since the 1980s, with the reform and opening up, the rapid economic development in China has led to the massive migration of population. Labor migration is the main factor of population migration, and the labor force moved in will make our city size further expand, improve the industrial structure and further promote the social and economic development. This paper takes Liaoning Province as an example, analyzes the labor migration in Liaoning Province, and explains how Liaoning’s economic development is affected by labor migration. The results of the analysis show that the labor force should be paid attention to, and the reasonable allocation of labor force should be realized so as to provide theoretical support for the development of Liaoning Province in the future.
